Levels of difficulty
Easy and short running routes with a mix of asphalt, forest and gravel paths. These laps offer the best conditions for beginners and pleasure runners thanks to their short distances and low elevation gain. The paths do not present any technical difficulties such as roots and stones.
Ideal for enthusiastic runners who want to experience trail running for the first time, with easy ascents and descents on various surfaces. The distances are approx. 10 km and the technical difficulty of the laps is also manageable for average athletes.
Technically demanding trails in partly alpine terrain with many meters of altitude. For distances of up to 25 km, you should have some trail experience under your belt. You should carry basic equipment for these routes (running rucksack, hydration bladder, first aid kit, GPS, bars, rainwear).
Exposed single trails in high alpine, exposed terrain with many meters of altitude. The distances of 20 km to over 40 km should only be tackled by runners in good physical condition and with alpine experience. Appropriate equipment and good tour planning are essential.
