The Enns Cycle Path (R7) is one of the most varied river cycle paths in Austria. For around 250 kilometers, it accompanies the Enns from its sources on the Dachstein via the Gesäuse to the Enns Valley and on into Styria. In Schladming-Dachstein, you will experience a particularly attractive section: gentle valley cycle paths, impressive mountain scenery and numerous places to stop for refreshments make every stage a pleasure.

Enns cycle path
The Enns Cycle Path can be cycled in six stages, or four if you're feeling ambitious. The route leads through well-known towns such as Schladming, Radstadt, Admont and Steyr and connects Salzburger Land, Styria and Upper Austria over a distance of around 260 kilometers.
Impressive nature experiences in the Gesäuse National Park, charming towns, cozy alpine huts and breathtaking panoramas of the Schladming-Dachstein region await you along the Enns Cycle Path. Each stage offers scenic variety and culinary diversity.
The Enns Cycle Path is ideal for families, leisure cyclists and e-bikers. The stages can be planned flexibly and offer numerous places to stop for refreshments, accommodation and services along the route. This makes the cycle path perfect for relaxed cycling tours and cycling vacations in the Alps.
The Enns Cycle Path is well equipped: along the route you will find bike hotels, e-bike charging stations, bike rental points and service stations. A bike shuttle service is also available on selected sections - ideal for relaxed tour planning.
