2. protective equipment and bicycles
Every cyclist must wear protective equipment appropriate to their ability and the chosen route. This consists in any case of a helmet and gloves. Additional protectors on the back, neck, elbows and legs are recommended. On black (difficult) routes, a full-face helmet is mandatory! It is also obligatory to use a bike that is suitable for the trail conditions and has been maintained accordingly, e.g. all-mountain, enduro, freeride or downhill bike. Riding on the bike park trails with bicycle trailers, child seats and the like is prohibited!
3. routes
Only the signposted routes may be used. Riding on trails not marked as bike trails is prohibited! If the route is closed, there is an absolute ban on riding!

7. choice of lane
Cyclists coming from behind must choose their lane in such a way that they do not endanger cyclists in front of them.
8 Overtaking
Cyclists may overtake from above, from the right or from the left, but only at a distance that allows the overtaken cyclist sufficient space for all his movements.
9 Stopping, walking and hiking
It is forbidden for any cyclist to stop in narrow or unclear places on a route without necessity. A cyclist who has fallen must clear such a place as quickly as possible. Walking, hiking and, in particular, walking uphill or riding uphill on the cycle routes is prohibited.
