Alpine lamb project
Experience sheep up close
Every summer, over 800 sheep spend their summer vacation on the Hauser Kaibling. The large herd is tended by a mountain shepherd and his herding dog. The focus is on producing a high-quality product - the "Ennstal lamb". At the same time, the alpine landscape is ecologically maintained, biodiversity is preserved and overgrowth is prevented.
