Schladming-Dachstein Praline
Sweet homage to the region
What once began as a joint project with the Gröbming technical college for agriculture and nutrition is now being continued in a delightful way: master confectioner Dunja Knaus produces the Schladming-Dachstein praline exclusively in her farm bakery in Ramsau. The fine creation surprises with dark ganache and a delicate caramel center, while a hint of Swiss stone pine schnapps elegantly rounds off the taste - an unmistakable treat that brings the flavors of the region to the palate.
The Schladming-Dachstein praline is available at selected gourmet addresses in the region!

At the Gröbming technical college
From the idea to the praline
The Gröbming College of Agriculture and Food laid the foundation for the Schladming-Dachstein Praline. As part of a joint project, the idea was born to combine the regional flavors and craftsmanship of the region in a praline. Under the guidance of the master confectioner and with a great deal of creativity on the part of the pupils, the indulgence project took shape. What began as a school project developed into a real success story and lives on today in Dunja Knaus' farm bakery in Ramsau.
