These were the 2025 night races Night giant slalom and night slalom in Schladming
On January 28 and 29, 2025, the 28th Nightrace and the 3rd Men's Night Giant Slalom took place on the Planai finishing slope. The atmosphere at the two night races on the Planai finish slope was once again spectacular. Several thousand fans transformed the Planai finish stadium into a "witches' cauldron".

Night giant slalom
After the opening race in Sölden, Alexander Steen Olsen also took victory in the floodlit spectacle on the Planai in Schladming on Tuesday. The Norwegian came out on top ahead of his compatriot Henrik Kristoffersen and Swiss superstar Marco Odermatt. Stefan Brennsteiner was only nine hundredths off the podium in fifth place.

The Nightrace
Manuel Feller and Fabio Gstrein have provided the Austrian slalom racers with a liberating blow at the dress rehearsal for the World Championships in Saalbach. The duo finished second and third respectively at the traditional night race in Schladming on Wednesday, ensuring the first slalom podium places in red-white-red this season. Only the Norwegian Timon Haugan stood in the way of an Austrian double victory.
