Next Sunday, November 29, it's that time again - we're celebrating the 1st Advent.
Especially as a child, the anticipation of the Christmas season began with the lighting of the first candle on the Advent wreath.
Short poems like this one: "Advent, Advent, a little light is burning. First one, then two, then three, then four, then the Christ Child is at the door", are familiar to all of us and Advent wreaths are part of most households.

Homemade Advent wreath
This is what you need:
- Straw tires/wreath tires
- brushwood or various other woody plants (Swiss stone pine, thuja,...)
- Green winding wire
- Long plug wire (to attach the candles)
- 4 candles
- Hot glue gun
- Decorative material (cones, cinnamon sticks, stars, apple or orange slices)
