The Hochwurzen is also home to numerous other leisure activities, such as mountain go-kart driving, mountain bike tours and fantastic panoramic walks in front of the picturesque landscape of Schladming-Dachstein. In winter you can reach the slopes in 5 minutes on foot. The nearby ski slopes can also be easily reached on skis via their own ski paths and also include access to the kilometer-long world of slopes of the world-famous 4-mountain ski area. Of course, there are numerous snowshoe and winter hikes as well as the toboggan run from the Hochwurzen that is illuminated at night, which can be used at any time of the day, and with a kilometer-long network of cross-country ski trails in the Obertal and Untertal there are also numerous possibilities away from the ski slopes to make your winter holiday unforgettable.
