Tour description
At the Zirngast tavern, you can expect honest cuisine as only Styria knows it. Down-to-earth and hearty – but with a fresh twist. Here, there are no "foams and airs," but dishes prepared according to grandma's recipes, sometimes very traditional, sometimes newly interpreted.
Following the concept "Hygge the Styrian way," you can now also try Danish dishes on the menu. For example: "Smorrebrod" with Ramsauer char.
With seasonal and regional ingredients, we create delicious meals in our restaurant in Schladming that not only satisfy hunger but also bring happiness. The Zirngast restaurant is simply a place to arrive and enjoy (or for the fierce duel in Schnapsen at the regulars' table).
By the way: Groups are warmly welcomed here.
Smaller gatherings can simply order from the menu; for 15 people or more, we are happy to put together a menu for you.
