Numerous of restaurants, bars, shops and super markets are located in the vicinity. The owner set much emphasis to the equipment, to reach a comfortable and cozy ambience. The house offers on a living space of 85 square meters place for up to 7 persons. The rooms are divided into a fully equipped kitchen with dinette, 4 separate bedrooms; 3 with double bed + TV – the 4th with single bed + TV, as well in two bathrooms with shower and double washbasin. One separately accessible toilet and a second toilet in one bathroom are also available.   
A further point is the in-house garden with grill. This invites you to cozy and relaxing barbecue evenings. Amenities like free Wi-Fi, 2 parking lots in front of the house, SAT-TV, ski storage room with boots dryer as well a locked storage room for bikes are inclusive. Particularly appreciated is this cozy house by families or groups of friends. Within the perfect room layout and the vicinity to the town you will experience perfect summer- or winter holidays.
