This holiday apartment is located only a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the PLANAI gondola in a quiet side street. The accommodation offers an underground parking space, a ski room and a lockable cellar for your bicycles, so that you can comfortably leave your car and head out to the numerous activities in our holiday region.

In winter, you can comfortably start a relaxing day of skiing from the Planai valley station, which is only 400m away. The 123 kilometres of pistes offer enough variety for kids and families, sports enthusiasts and connoisseurs. The connection to Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm (4-mountain ski area) is unique.

In summer, the neighbouring mountains invite you to go on hiking or mountain bike tours, via ferratas to great peaks or to idyllic mountain lakes.

We offer a bread roll service via the Steffl-Bäck bakery. The day before you can order until 5:30 pm/the next morning you will have your bread rolls at the flat.

The centre of Haus with restaurants and shops is about 500 m from the accommodation.

An 18-hole golf course is about 1.8 km from the SONNENBERG flat house. A public bathing lake is located in Aich, 6.1 km away. The Haus outdoor adventure pool is a 10-minute walk away.

From mid-May to 1 November, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the price. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, such as free use of the local cable cars and buses and free entry to the pools in Haus and Schladming. The card is valid from 13:00 on the day of arrival, throughout your stay and all day on the day of departure.
