Whether it's a leisurely stroll across blooming meadows past shady maple trees, a scenic hike up to lush green alpine pastures with magnificent panoramic views, or challenging climbs to the highest mountain peaks - everyone will find their favorite trail here.
The extensive network of bike paths in Schladming-Dachstein is a paradise for cyclists of all classes. Pleasure biking, mountain biking, e-biking, gravel biking or road biking - from easy family routes to sweat-inducing mountain trails with us everything is offered.
Hikers and bikers start directly in front of the house into the hiking and biking happiness.
In Ramsau am Dachstein is the Nordic center of Austria and our house directly on the 220 km best prepared cross-country skiing network and the extensive winter hiking trails offer. Ski touring, winter or snowshoe hiking, tobogganing or a cozy horse-drawn carriage ride with a rustic hut stop, simply stunning, panoramic and diverse shows the winter at the foot of the Dachstein.
In addition to the ski region Ramsau am Dachstein, with the Rittisberg, the sunny beginner's slopes and the Dachstein Glacier, skiers can reach the famous Schladminger 4-mountain ski area in just 10 minutes.

We also love to be outside - and most of all in the nature around the house, on the mountain, on the rocks or in airy heights while paragliding.
